Used for both Crab and Prawn traps, a blend of five different fish, cephalopods and bivalves makes this the most effective bait ever used for these fisheries. The mixture is ground in two sizes and frozen in a container that fits the most popular jars, and is also at the right level of bait for the most effect. Overfilling a jar with bait such as squid will plug the jar after about 8 hours when the squid swells, and the jar will stop fishing effectively. Also, our bait is designed to be put into the jar frozen from its package, and consequently does not wash out the inks and attractants on the pot’s descent to the ocean floor. After about an hour, the bait is thawed and starts to discharge the ink and attractants at the level you are fishing at.
